Founded by passionate individuals, who has over 18 years of hands-on experience in disability support, our organisation is rooted in strong values, lived experience, and a deep understanding of the diverse needs within the NDIS community.

Throughout this journey, I’ve witnessed firsthand how the simple act of care and kindness can transform someone’s day—and sometimes, their entire outlook on life. These experiences fueled my passion and motivated me to create a service rooted in genuine empathy and respect.
This passion led to the founding of Ultimate Gentle Heart Aged Care. Our mission is to extend that same compassionate support to more people, ensuring they feel valued, respected, and cared for in every aspect of their lives.
